We all have competitors in business. How seriously have you thought about the answer to the question above? If a potential customer asks, “Why you?”, do you have an answer?

The answer to this question is one of the most important messages that you should be sharing through your website, your social media profiles and other marketing assets that you use. If you are having a tough time with your answer, perhaps you should ask your current customers why they picked your company over others.

As a Chamber of Commerce, we run into the “Why you?” question a lot. Once we begin listing all of the member benefits such as free monthly Lunch and Learn and Drop-In Dinner networking meetings, free Mastermind and Business Roundtable meetings, the ability to send news, promotions, positions available and more for promotional help, the offer for marketing and advertising counseling as well as business match-making and more, the person’s head starts to bob up and down and we hear, “Wow, you do offer a lot!”.

Tree and Menorah Lightings

Wednesday, November 28th: 6:00 p.m.
Reisterstown Recreation Council

On November 28, 2018 the Reisterstown Recreation Council will have its annual Tree and Menorah lighting at the large tree in front of Hannah More near the tree sale enclosure. We welcome you to be part of this event.

We have entertainment from Franklin High (a group of guitar players), Franklin Middle School (a choral group), and Glyndon Ballet on the Rec Council Portable Stage. We may also have a short theatrical presentation centered around one scene from A Christmas Carol. Join us at 6:00 for entertainment and free refreshments!
