2021 Northwest Chamber of Commerce Farmer’s Market

Dates: Wednesdays from May 5 through November 17, 2021

Cost: $500 for the 2021 market season

Set-up: Vendors may arrive as early as 9:00 AM each week with sales beginning at 10:00 AM. Cars must be parked in the appropriate area (indicated on market layout page). Table lengths are noted on the layout page and must fit within assigned space.

Tear Down: Market closes at 2:00 PM. All vendors are responsible for cleaning their space prior to leaving, taking everything brought with them and throwing away all trash. A trash bag will be provided each week. A $25 fine will be charged for any trash or lingering debris. Three repeat offenses will result in not only fines but request for the seller to leave market for duration of season with no refund.

Facilities: Vendors may use Hilton facilities as well as provided trash receptacles. Neither electricity nor any other materials will be provided by host.


If you need to leave the market earlier than closing, space rules still apply!

If you will not be attending for a certain week, please notify us 48 hours in advance. Vendor is purchasing space for the entire season and must only be selling products from listed business. Vendors are required to obtain and present their own insurance.

If your stand requires a tent, they MUST be weighted.

Unauthorized / illegal products or services being sold will result in immediate dismissal with no refund.

Check to be payable to: The Northwest Chamber and should be mailed to our PO Box address.
