DEADLINE IS TOMORROW!

Toy and Toiletry Drive for the Community Crisis Center (CCC)

We need your new toy and hygiene product donations by TOMORROW the 22nd!

The CCC, is a local non-profit organization who assists families in crisis in our immediate community.. They rely on donations and work with the Maryland Food Bank to distribute food and personal hygiene items to families in Reisterstown, Owings Mills, and Glyndon.

The demand for these items is up 400%!

You can donate at the following drop-off locations through Dec 22nd:

The UPS Store- Owings Mills at Red Run Blvd
Shore United Bank- Owings Mills

Separate Yard Materials Collection Ending for 2020

The separate collection of yard materials for Baltimore County residents with “Y” days on their collection schedules will end for the winter season in December and will resume in April 2021.

The date of the last 2020 “Y” day varies among County collection schedules. Residents must refer to their particular schedule for details (the final “Y” day will occur within the first two weeks of December).

Please note that after the last “Y” day occurs on a particular schedule, yard materials can be placed out with trash on a scheduled trash collection day. Residents with no “Y” days on their schedule should continue to place yard materials out with trash on scheduled trash collection days.

Residents may view their trash and recycling collection schedule on the Bureau of Solid Waste Management’s website. Schedules can also be obtained through the County’s BaltCoGo mobile app or by calling 410-887-2000.

Baltimore County residents are reminded that raking or blowing leaves into the gutter or street is illegal.
