he Baltimore County Police Department in partnership with the United States Secret Service and BGE, an Exelon Company will be holding the second quarter SHIELD meeting on April 26, 2018. BGE has been gracious enough to provide space and light refreshments for the meeting at their facility located in Woodlawn, Maryland. Secret Agent Shawn North has also been gracious enough to provide a presentation focusing on Cyber Fraud Trends: Tips for Protecting your Business and Yourself from Today’s Cyber Thieves.
Special Agent Shawn North is a 17 year veteran of the U.S. Secret Service. During his tenure, he has received training in Computer Evidence Recovery and he is a member of the Network Intrusion Responder program. SA North is the Maryland Electronic Crimes Task Force Coordinator who works from the Baltimore Field Office.
