Each October, Baltimore is a gathering spot for east coast schooners and tall ships as they get ready to participate in the annual Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race. The night before the race, there is a Parade of Sail around the Inner Harbor for the public to view the vessels before they leave the next morning.
