Reisterstown Improvement Association brings local farmers to the community
Mark your calendars to visit the Main Street lawn of Franklin Middle School each Sunday throughout the summer between 9am and 1pm. For most of its history, Reisterstown’s biggest industry was farming. Many great farms still grace our countryside and our Farmers Market brings their very best to Main Street.
The 1st Sunday of each month there will also be a Flea Market aspect to the event. Throughout the summer our market has hosted varied activities such as cooking classes, children’s activities, yoga demonstrations, and tips for healthy eating on a budget.
The Northwest Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c)(6) organization, was founded in 1949 to promote the economic development of the northwest corridor. Over 65 years strong in the community, we are dedicated to our membership, working together as leaders in the industry!
