The Northwest Corridor of Baltimore County has been growing at a steady pace for quite some time. Not only have both the business and residential communities grown, but so has our Chamber. For decades, we served the towns of Reisterstown, Owings Mills, and Glyndon. However due to popular demand, in 2018 the ROMG Chamber expanded to serve the business communities of Pikesville as well as Randallstown. Thus, the ROMG Chamber of Commerce evolved into The Northwest Chamber of Commerce.

Owings Mill is a County-designated growth area. There are more than 1,600 businesses in the 21117 zip code alone. Owings Mills employs more than 23,000 workers who travel each day throughout the region.

Owings Mills is home to a many large global, national, regional and local business. Within the financial service and insurance industries, T. Rowe Price, ADP, Baltimore Life, Toyota Financial Services and CareFirst are some of the many vibrant companies calling Owings Mills home.  Other prominent members of the Owings Mills business community are the Baltimore Ravens, Stevenson University, CCBC-Owings Mills and various large real estate development firms.  However, our business communities are full of locally owned companies as well.
