Our June Drop-In Lunch Networking Was Packed!
Another packed networking event by our chamber last Tuesday. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at our member location Rincon Italiano . Great connections were made!
Our Beer Garden on Friday Nights is Catching On!
What a fun night at our Beer & Wine Garden last Friday night There were cold drinks, lots of laughing and a great band to listen to thanks to Music on Main Street! Our community is giving us rave reviews and has told us they are excited that we are offering this garden at very affordable prices.
Cold beer, wine, sodas, water and light snacks are available for purchase..
We added two new beers too, including Duckpin!

City Seeds is a Humanim culinary social enterprise committed to providing quality food and good jobs, while growing Baltimore’s local food economy. We do this by sourcing locally, using all natural ingredients, and hiring individuals with barriers to employment City Seeds also supports local food entrepreneurs through our educational programming, institutional partnerships, and scaling opportunities.

URGENT: Prices are Rising
Governor Hogan on Friday, May 24, 2019 elected to not sign the bill passed on the last day of this year’s legislative session, increasing the Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard for electricity suppliers serving Maryland customers from 25% to 50% by 2030.
Based on preliminary information, the legislation may provide a grace period “Grandfather Clause”. This period would possibly allow any new contracts signed prior to October 2019 to be exempt from any rate increase until the end date of the new contract.
