Our plumbing company started back in 1961, when Ensor, Sr. received his master plumbing licence and decided to go into business for himself.
Roger Sr. retired in 1982 leaving a very capable and passionate plumber, Roger Jr., to continue in his footsteps. Since that time Roger Jr’s family has also joined the business. His daughter Stacey now owns and manages the business, while his son Seth is where Roger Jr. once was, learning the trade.

We partnered with the Reisterstown Improvement Association in 2019 and tried a new community event- The Annual Reisterstown Beer & Wine Festival. It was a success- so we are doing it again in 2020!
The Reisterstown Craft Beer Festival brings together some of the best Maryland breweries, wineries, and distilleries in one amazing event. The event features live music, artisans and food celebrating all things Maryland. Admission includes a souvenir tasting cup and unlimited samples from breweries, wineries, and distilleries from around Maryland.

Transportation will be provided from the District by Woodlawn Motor Coach, as follows:
Stop One: Leaving from Owings Mills Library, 10302 Grand Central Avenue, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117 at 4:00 pm
Stop Two: Leaving from Randallstown Community Center, 3503 Resource Drive, Randallstown, Maryland 21133 at 4:30 pm
Buses will be leaving Annapolis at 8:00 pm, returning to the District by 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm respectively.

Letter From The Councilman
We have started 2020 on a high note in the 2nd District office. There are a lot of good things happening, and it is keeping our office busy.
I am working across the aisle on legislation that would move Council work sessions from 2 to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays. I am in favor of this change because I feel the current system does not allow the community an adequate opportunity to testify on important pieces of legislation. I believe that government should work for the people, not the other way around. This legislation would increase transparency, openness and accessibility.
The Comprehensive Zoning Map Process is well underway. I want to take a moment to let you know about an upcoming public hearing. On March 5 at 6 p.m. at Pikesville High School, the county planning board will be holding its hearing for the 40 CZMP issues that were filed in District 2. Residents who want to speak on any issue are free to do so. Public sign up for the testimony portion of the hearing will begin at 5 p.m. I would encourage as many people as possible to attend and testify so that I can make decisions on each issue that reflect the needs and desires of 2nd District residents.
As your councilman, I am honored to have the opportunity to partner with community organizations, schools, advocates and residents to help push our district forward.
