2024 Northwest Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market Guidelines and Policies

Market Info: Wednesdays from June 14th – October, 2024, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Located at the Hilton Garden Inn. 4770 Owings Mills BLVD, Owings Mills MD 21117

Set-up: Assigned spaces will be available at 2:00 PM each week with sales beginning at 3:00 PM. Cars must be parked in the appropriate spots (indicated on market layout page) or securely within assigned vendor space.

Tear Down: The Market closes at 7:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space prior to leaving. A $25 fine will be charged for any trash or lingering debris. Any repeat offenses will result in not only fines but request for the seller to leave market for duration of season with no refund.

Miscellaneous: If you need to leave the market earlier than closing, you must notify us 24 hours in advance. If you have to miss a week, you must notify us no later than Monday of that week via email or text. If you notice any unusual behavior at the market, please notify us. Vendors are required to work with a tent and appropriate weights.

Fees: Upon joining the Northwest Farmers Market, fees are non-refundable. The Chamber does offer monthly payment plans, please speak with a staff member to learn more about these options.

Renewals: Vendors who demonstrate punctuality and professionalism throughout the season are always welcome back for the following year. 

Insurance/Permits: All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance, including the venue’s address as an additional insured. Food vendors must provide a permit from the Baltimore County Department of Health. Please ask if you need to get in contact with our representative.
