Illegal Dumping
Illegal dumping is a nuisance and a health and public safety concern. It’s also totally unacceptable and appalling. This directly affects the quality of life in our communities and neighborhoods. A constituent who lives on Glynita Circle in Reisterstown recently contacted our office to report a number of items that had been illegally dumped at the end of the street. I’m pleased to share that after working with Baltimore County’s Bureau of Highways, Solid Waste Management and the constituent, our office was able to have these items removed within 72 hours.
If you notice anyone illegally dumping trash on the roads and or in alleys, please report it to the proper authorities. These people need to be held accountable and responsible for their actions. We must all be vigilant and do everything we can to deter this negative behavior.
